Corporate Classes & Pricing
I am delighted to offer morning, lunch-time and evening classes, at your workspace, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes in length depending on style.
All classes are individually designed and can be based around specific themes - previous examples include: Workplace Wind-Down, Chaturangas for Clarity, Flow for Focus.
My class rate for 2024 is £165 per session, but I am always happy to discuss on-going or bundle rates with you.
I can also facilitate workshops, again around specific themes or integrating meditation, breath-work and mindfulness.
Private Yoga & Barre Classes
I host a limited number of 1-2-1 yoga and barre classes from an exclusive private studio in Hove. Please get in touch if you would like to work together!
