
We are delighted to offer morning, lunch-time and evening classes, at your workspace, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes in length, depending on style.
All classes are individually designed and can be based around specific themes - previous examples include: Workplace Wind-Down, Chaturangas for Clarity, Flow for Focus.
We can also facilitate workshops around specific themes and integrating meditation, breath-work and mindfulness.

A 45-minute morning flow to ease early birds into the work day. The body and mind is given space to expand in this nourishing practice.

The ultimate way to break up a day in the office. Gentle movement with intention - you will return to the grind with renewed energy and focus.

An energising and suitably spicy blend of Barre and Pilates; the burn is real. Low-intensity but high in vibes. 45 mins.
