Our carefully curated, bespoke classes are hosted across co-working spaces, offices, community venues and for a variety of brands - bringing mindful movement to your environment.

Our work environments often contradict all those conscious decisions and lovely little moments of self-care that we invite into our home life. We may have the best intentions for our day on-site, but a stressful meeting or a disrupted schedule can mean we take our mental workload out of the door with us.

Flow & Release is designed to gently break up your time at the office - encouraging a greater connection to colleagues, a chance to physically unravel the body and a safe space to sigh out the day.

I am delighted to offer morning, lunch-time and evening classes, at your workspace, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes in length, depending on style. 

All classes are individually designed and can be based around specific themes - previous examples include: Workplace Wind-Down, Chaturangas for Clarity, Flow for Focus. 

I can also facilitate workshops around specific themes and integrating meditation, breath-work and mindfulness.

    The classic. A 60 minute Vinyasa-based class, suitable for all levels. We build up and wind back down, leaving you soothed and ready to move through the rest of your day.

  • The Dawn Chorus

    A 45-minute morning flow to ease early birds into the work day. The body and mind is given space to expand in this nourishing practice.

  • Meridian Movement

    The ultimate way to break up a day in the office. Gentle movement with intention - you will return to the grind with renewed energy and focus.

  • Fever Pitch

    An energising and suitably spicy blend of Barre and Pilates; the burn is real. Low-intensity but high in vibes. 45 mins.
